If I could give Collin Air a 15 in each category I would. They are the absolute best company to deal with. They take plenty of time to discuss the project and they don't rush through the work. I've been using Collin Air for 20 years and wouldn't even consider trying another company. Thanks!

Brian, Thank you for great service at a fair price! To summarize my problem, it involved an INTERMITTANT failure of one of my heating units which required THREE trips by your service personnel to find a faulty pressure switch. In my experience, it is rare to find any service company that provides as much service as your company provided for the price of one service call plus parts. Dear Tracy, My wife and I greatly appreciated your work at our home that very hot day in August. As you may remember, our AC unit compressor was history! You carefully explained the situation and because we are long-time customers, we knew you had assessed the problem correctly. After we decided on the new Carrier unit you recommended, you and your office staff were right on the job. That means you located a new unit and obtained it for installation that afternoon. RE: Installation of Two Carrier Infinity Systems | Mr. Bullock, I thought I would write a quick note to express my complete satisfaction with the systems your company installed. The difference between a 15 year old system and this hi-tech equipment is remarkable. Not only has it reduced my energy consumption, and made the house more comfortable to live in, it was installed in a prompt, professional manner. The Infinity Controller is completely intuitive for even a non-technical person. The features of the Controller are almost like having a computer on the wall. I have noticed a substantial decrease in my gas and electric bill. It must be that two-stage system we spoke about. I no longer hear the air blasting from the vents when the furnace comes on. It seems to be a much softer heat than what I was accustomed to. Also, the dust in the house has been dramatically reduced. Your installation crews arrived promptly and were very professional in their appearance and conduct. I was suprised with such a massive installation that my home was not damaged in any way. Of critical importance was being able to leave your installation crews, in my house, unattended, without a concern.
